Hestia was the goddess of the home happiness. She is one of the early goddesses since she is a daughter of Crones and Rhea. She was not involved in any big adventures and was quite satisfied with this situation. She asked her brother Zeus to keep her purity and even if she could have had a lot of affairs (among them Poseidon and Apollo) she always resisted.
